The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences (FLAS) in Montenegro, established by educators from Russia, has received state accreditation.
This three-year bachelor’s program offers a unique liberal arts education model, allowing students to independently choose their specialization from a wide range of social sciences and humanities disciplines.
Fields of study include sociology, digital humanities, media, art history, political science, and linguistics, with plans to expand to the natural sciences. Instruction is conducted in Russian, Montenegrin, and predominantly in English.
Accreditation confirms the programs’ compliance with international standards and opens up opportunities for students for internships, transfers, and admission to master’s programs at European universities.
