We share what our community, friends, and partners managed to accomplish in February to assist refugees and displaced persons.
Last month, we focused on easing the adaptation process to a new country, so many events were aimed at ensuring a sense of safety and tranquility.
- In the temporary home in February, 20 people lived, including five children. These are families from Ukraine, who temporarily left their native cities due to the war, and people with an anti-war position from Russia.
- On the Dozhd TV channel, a film by Taya Zubova «Territory without War» was released. The film informed a large number of people about Pristanište’s activities, which is very important to us.
- Our partners throughout February organized and conducted educational and creative events, which allowed us to collect funds for food and the temporary home.
- Internal events for residents and volunteers regularly warmed us and provided support.
- We managed to hold three concerts by Mikhail Mishuris in Budva, Herceg Novi, and Bar, as well as three concerts by ASEA SOOL.
- A lecture series «Global History of Resentiment: The Balkans» was organized.
