In March 2022 we gathered into a small volunteer team, feeling the urgent need to help those who were forced to leave their homes because of the war. But every day we meet more and more people with the same desire - to support refugees and displaced people.
Residents of Pristanishte become volunteers and participate in the life of the foundation.
These are people who fled the war from Mariupol, Kharkov, Odessa and other Ukrainian cities. They are also those who couldn't keep silence about their anti-war position, and when they were in Russia or Belarus, they faced criminal charges for it.
Having received help from the foundation, they also wanted to support the next arrivals as soon as they had the opportunity.
Many people became Foundation volunteers or left monetary donations to help other families. Thus, our beneficiaries have already contributed 4,758.50 euros. Several dozens of residents of Pristanishte have left donations one or more times. This is an incredible support, we are very grateful to all of you!
Psychologists, designers, teachers and translators began to join us, doing what they are good at, on a free, volunteer basis. The desire to help, the mutual assistance and friendship that is born within Pristanishte - this is what our already large community is built on. Thank you for being with us!
